Welcome to InsightBZ! By using our website, app, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Using InsightBZ

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your region) to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You can sign up for a free or paid plan.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with notice.
  • You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are generally not issued after a billing cycle begins unless required by law.

3. Your Content

  • You own all notes, logs, and materials you upload.
  • By submitting content, you grant InsightBZ a limited license to process it only for providing the Service (e.g., AI generation, analytics).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate laws or contain sensitive personal data beyond what's necessary for performance tracking.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • The AI drafts and summaries provided by InsightBZ are generated automatically based on your data.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI outputs before sharing or submitting them.
  • InsightBZ is not liable for any decisions made solely based on AI-generated text.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the system.
  • Upload malicious code or content that violates another person's rights.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All InsightBZ trademarks, logos, designs, and underlying software are owned by InsightBZ. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access will cease, but you can request a data export within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • InsightBZ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of InsightBZ after updates means you accept the new version.
